The farm is 17 acres and only several mile out of town just off Rt 8 on Elephant Curve Road. Plenty! builds community by expanding access to local, healthy food. Donations of gleaned and extra produce and other food is accepted at this location and redistributed throughout Floyd. The video tells more of the story.

A good view of Plenty Farm from Elephant Curve Road.
It also has some nice frontage on Little River. This is nice for local recreation - swimming and kayaking. Their is old log barn - well over 100 years old on the farm as well. This barn is a part of Floyd County history and still in use.

The new barn is very nice - really much better then a barn. It has a lovely large room upstairs for all kinds of events including the Wednesday noon meal provided for the community every week. The downstairs has a full farm kitchen, walking cooler , rest room and much more.

The old barn that is part of local history. This barn is well over 100 ears old and plenty is still using it as a barn for storage.

Farm tools stored in the old barn.
The weather was very nice and we had a great time at the open house and it looked like everyone else also was having a good time.
