We are a husband and wife team that is passionate about creating affordable and beautiful items that become the centerpiece of family gatherings, creative additions to a business or home and pieces that can be used at weddings, special events and even the next tailgate party!
Derek is a former US Army Infantry soldier and entrepreneur who stumbled across his talent for woodworking while building a farm house table for his family's dining room. He loves being in the workshop creating one of a kind furniture and also giving new life to old furniture.
Leah is an event coordinator and social media manager by trade but has always had a passion for home decor. She loves hunting at flea markets, auctions and yard sales to find unique items that can be restored or used in a new way.
Our family moved to Floyd, Virginia in 2013. We feel so grateful to live in such a wonderful unique community. We are proud to be part of Floyd and look forward to raising our two young children here. Floyd really is a little piece of heaven on Earth that inspires you to live positively and express creative side.
